MYSTICAL PONDERINGS Divine power, divine grace, seek the Source,
open knowledge and speech in every way,
all-ways expecting the unexpected.
The stave of opening in every way imaginable, Ansuz carries the light of knowledge and speech into the darkness of delusions and bad advice. As the source of GaldR, or chanting sounds, this messenger rune brings forth the benevolent life-changing information which one needs in order to integrate the unconscious motive with the conscious intent and there-by attain wisdom, intuition, inspiration, and transformation.
Having now received the signs and signals of the subconscious through attentive listening, it is time to expect the unexpected. Acknowledge new, short term and accessable goals which are going to bring about instant results and benefit not only yourself, but those around you as well.
Bringing calm, good fortune and true happiness into being, the heightened form of ecstacy which this stave creates manifests an intensity to achive a god-like consciousness which is oft needed for creating a solid communicative link with the other Realms.
÷nd, the gift of Odhroerir, or the poetic mead of inspiration, is widely used for psychic activities, and includes channeling, as this substance of myth contains not only magickal ancestral powers and the mysteries of Death through-out its focused manifestation, but also holds the Key of Naming, which is the ability of individualizing the substance of matter.
Empowering an item by using ones' personal megin to then name an item establishes an etheric bond with it. This action, in turn, actually individualizes the item's presence and animates it esoterically through-out the length and breadth of the Worlds-All-Wide.
'Tis readily found
when the runes thou ask,
made by mighty gods,
known to holy hosts,
and dyed deep red by ”thin:
that 'tis wise to waste no words.
...bear with us folks ;)
