What exactly is a binding?? Well, it is nothing more than a restraint or obligation placed upon someone, or something, so that they may cause no harm to another and perchance gain an insightful glimpse of what they are actually doing to those with whom they come in contact with. It may also have a compelling effect upon its subject, without their knowledge, so as to cause them to perform a service or function. One must be wary of these types of magicks if they are skittish of working against another's will, although the following are geared more towards opening the recipient's eyes and mind both concerning the repercussions which their mis-deeds cause towards others around them.
#1.) This "tongue-twister" is highly useful if you would like to correct someone's attitude about telling mis-truths. Works wonderously well for the habitual liar of any age.
Spiders may crawl
Bats may fly
Silence thy tongue
If thou tellest a lie.
#2.) Ever just get the urge and want to jolt someone so as to wake them up to what they are doing? Well then, now you can with these wonderous words of wit woven for progressing one towards their spiritual enlightenment in this Life~Phase.
'Tis time to see
thou art a fool
Knowest the truth
thy deeds are cruel
#3.) The one entitled 'Labyrinth'; meant to awaken one who is unwilling to see the harm and hurt they are creating towards, and in, others. As with all workings of this type it must be justified. A complete working must be undertaken to ensure positive success.
As you wander from path to path;
As you harm one to another
With lies and truths that are half;
Begin to realize the folly of thine ways
As three times three cleanses thee in It's bath;
To none other shall it harm or hinder
Thine own mouth and memory make thee daff;
Enter East then West, South then North
Begin this working, rejoice and laugh;
Continue on until Time True, no end in sight
Judicate how you may, mirthless glee or pure wrath;
So long as goals remain true to form
A mysteriously abashed myopia as if poured from a carafe;
Remaining evermore first in thought, action, and deed
Your actions for all, not just yourself
#4.) Taking IT one step further… hesitant though I am to include this one for fear of the Power becoming abused & thus loosened… Naaaa, the hidden safe~fail of the Norns makes this a down-rite nasty with instantaneous results! Here Again, use this binding only if truly justified, never just for fun… ever remember to fully complete the working wih the intent always clearly focused in mind… we wouldn't want the nasties returning to you, would we now???
